Its name originates from the magnificent Fish Eagle birds that can be seen and heard in the area.

There is a small dam and swimming pool that enjoys some of the best views Knysna has to offer.
The grounds are a landscaper’s dream - well established, lovingly cared for & constantly maintained attracting a variety of bird life.
The property is registered in a CC - the sale includes taking over of the CC which includes the business and all operational assets.
