From the living room, you have doors opening out onto a good-sized patio and entertaining area, facing north, while on the western side of the dwelling, you have a second patio leading from the living area, right on the waters edge, where you sit out at the break of day, and enjoy a cup of coffee. Listen to the sounds of nature and the water as it laps against the jetty.
Both dining area and kitchen, also have doors leading out to the garden.
Please note this particular unit does have a jetty although its not right at your front door.
One easy set of stairs up will take you to a more private lounge area. Again here you can open up the doors and let " freshness " filter through. This floor also hosts two more bedrooms, one en-suite while a further smaller guest bathroom also serves as a guest loo.
The cherry on top of everything is the downstairs, separate from the main house, garden flatlet. Spacious bedroom with private bathroom and a kitchenette. So charming for family or friends to stay over when visiting.
This character-filled home is in a quiet little lane, / cul de sac. Hence no noisy traffic past your door.
Lovely walk-ways to meander along, close to Thesen Harbour Town, with its own charm of little retail outlets, boutiques and restaurants with scrumptious menus and divine cuisine. Short easy drives to the Indian Ocean coastline, Brenton on Sea, Buffalo Bay, all offering pristine white sandy beaches and inviting waves to dive into! Knysna offers so much. Mountain bike trails, awesome walkways for hiking in the forest and more.
